Named for the famed fishing grounds of generations of New England fisherman, The Banks was born in 2021 out of a love of seafood bordering on obsession. Consider this your invitation to join us at our daily celebration of everything we love most about New England, seafood and beyond. Our seasoned events team is at the ready to help plan your next sit-down meal or cocktail party in our private and semi-private event spaces, conveniently located in Boston’s Back Bay. Enjoy coastal classics and an array of steak options from Executive Chef and Partner Robert Sisca’s menu, served alongside craft cocktails, beer, and an extensive wine selection.

      The Banks was the perfect choice for our small wedding. From the very first conversation, the team was kind, responsive, and detail-oriented. They genuinely cared about making our day special - And the food was incredible! (This is the main reason we chose a restaurant as our venue!) We chose the Fireplace Room and it was cozy and perfect for our group. We used the same space for both the ceremony and dinner, and it was great because it made everything so easy for us and our guests. Food wise, they had a great variety and even accommodated several dietary preferences without missing a beat. If you’re looking for a venue that’s intimate, stress-free, and serves amazing food, I can’t recommend The Banks enough. They truly helped make our wedding unforgettable.

      The Banks Seafood & Steak was an absolutely fantastic choice for our wedding venue. From the very beginning, their communication was thorough, concise, and incredibly friendly - they made the booking process a breeze and helped ensure our wedding day was stress-free. On the day of, their attention to detail and high-end service was truly impressive. They were incredibly accommodating of our guests' dietary needs, personalized the room beautifully to match our vision, and the portions of the delicious food were incredibly generous and beautifully plated. We and all of our guests were blown away by the incredible service and value at The Banks Seafood & Steak. We cannot recommend them highly enough for any couple looking for a stress-free, high-end wedding experience.
