Whether you’re planning an elaborate outdoor wedding or an intimate corporate dinner, we will work with you to bring your vision to life and wow guests. The Adalea’s endless versatility, exclusive opportunities, and prestigious atmosphere are just a few of the reasons you should look no further. Williams Cabin, a Moss-covered gem plucked straight from a fairytale, can be used as a “Groom’s Cabin,” comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests. It is a unique, two-story structure that has a fireplace, bathroom, couch, mini fridge, and a bed. The coveted Bridal Suite offers a fireplace, bathroom, balcony access, and access to a section of the main house.

Montgomery Hall

No matter what brings you to Adalea, you can be assured that you and your guests will be presented with a unique, highly professional, and unforgettable experience.

The late Montgomery Bell, one of Middle Tennessee’s most famous early economic developers, is owner Amanda Bell Williams’s 4th great-grandfather. Taking much pride in her historic roots, Amanda is set on preserving the history of both of their families and of their home. The Williams’ have left much of the original architecture and stunning period details untouched; they have also carefully given each area of the estate a name that coincides with either their personal lives or with the history of the estate. Strategically set back away from the main house, guests can conveniently access the event hall- a professionally designed and decorated, climate-controlled, blank canvas that is known as the remarkable Montgomery Hall. Boasting a catering kitchen, two bathrooms- one being ADA compliant, covered outdoor space, flexibility, and countless options for up to 200 people, Montgomery Hall is one of the main reasons The Adalea has become a highly-sought after destination for upscale events of all shapes and sizes.

-Guests will be warmly greeted with a refreshment table on front lawn. -Bridal suite and groom’s quarters -Seven fireplaces, a free-standing staircase, and picturesque balconies make for stunning photographing opportunities. -You have your choice of pews or chairs- or both! -Tables, linens, glassware, china, and silverware are provided. -A stage and podium are available. -An ADA-compliant bathroom is on site. -Optional lighting package. -Celebrate rain or shine with alternate weather options in the event inclement weather is forecasted on the day of your event. -You and your honored guests can celebrate with a peace of mind, as trained security guards, usually off-duty local law enforcement, will always be in place to ensure that each event is safe and peaceful. -The highly-trained staff proudly offers hassle-free setup and cleanup, leaving nothing for you to do but enjoy the day. -You can conveniently have your mail and packages delivered to The Adalea if need be. -XM Radio throughout grounds.
