As the owner of Gray Events, I bring my passion for hospitality and love of organization to every event we create. Living on 6 acres with my son, three dogs, and two cats keeps me grounded, but my heart thrives on delivering seamless, memorable experiences. With over eight years in the hospitality industry, I’ve honed my skills in service and event coordination, blending creativity with meticulous attention to detail. A naturally curious spirit, I’m always learning and striving to make each event even more exceptional than the last.

We knew we needed a move. Something had to happen. We just didn't know what. We tried new jobs. We tried new cities. But nothing seemed to stick. “Go with what you know.” That was our motto. We knew we loved Nashville. We knew we loved creating new memories together. We knew we loved being around people. We knew we loved drinking craft beer (who doesn't). And we most certainly knew that we wanted to find a fun and unique way to make a difference in people’s lives. The only thing left to figure out, then, was how to tie all of those things together.

I started Restless Spirits in 2023 (after working off-and-on in the event industry for 30 years) in the hopes of being the go-to bartender for the more unusual crowd - the weirdos, the odd birds, the quirky folk. But, fear not! We love a good, classic wedding, too. While we are unable to provide the alcohol (due to Tennessee's stringent liquor laws and licensing), we are able to create a shopping list and recommend where to purchase everything you need. We are able to provide everything else, however! Need ice, coolers, mixers, garnishes, cups, or the actual bar? We can do that!
