About this venue
Quail Hollow Ranch is a charming ranch of historical and ecological significance. The ranch was once the home of the Lane family who owned Sunset Magazine from 1(personal information protected by Zola). The park sits on ecologically rare habitats with endemic wild flowers and abundant wildlife. Your reservation includes the exquisite ranch house and spacious lawn which offers scenic views of an orchard and the forested Santa Cruz Mountains. This location is well-suited for outdoor ceremonies and receptions.

The peak season begins April 1st and ends October 31st.
The off-peak, or winter season begins November 1st and ends March 30th. There is a 20% discount off of the hourly reservation rate for events held during the winter season.
We allow beer, wine, and champagne. An alcohol permit is required.
Yes, there are 50 reserved spaces.
Yes. The facility is wheelchair accessible by the back entrance. The front entrance has several steps. The lawn has some slopes.
We start taking reservations one year prior to the requested date on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations can be made at scparks.com.
We are unable to offer private tours at this time. We invite you to visit the venues at our Open House Events! Details can be found at scparks.com.
The reservation includes 15 six-foot banquet tables, 10 picnic tables, and 100 white stacking chairs. The rest - from décor to caterers - is up to you, which makes Quail Hollow Ranch an extraordinarily customizable venue.
Quail Hollow Ranch can accommodate up to 100 people from April to June, up to 120 people from July to October, and 50 during the winter season. This includes your guests, vendors, and anyone else helping you on your big day.
