We absolutely loved hosting our wedding reception at Olympic Hills. It was the perfect setting for our June party (after our ceremony at a church). Emily is experienced and easy to work with, and helpfully answered our (many) questions! She was also a great coordinator on the day-of, and worked well with our DJ and photographer to make sure everything went smoothly. She made sure not a detail was forgotten!! The servers, bar tenders, and other employees were also friendly and thoughtful in assisting us and our guests. We got lots of compliments from our guests on the gorgeous room and patio area, which have a great view of the golf course and the sunset! Guests also raved about the food -- and my husband and I were pleasantly surprised at how beautiful the presentation and plating were as well! A note on size: our wedding was around 170 guests, and though the seating was a little tight for dinner, Emily helped us arrange the floorplan so it worked just fine. And even though it was VERY hot on our wedding day and most people stayed inside all night, it didn't feel too crowded! Overall, we highly recommend Olympic Hills. It was a beautiful place to host our guests, and Emily helped make sure the party went smoothly!

We enjoyed an amazing wedding experience using the dazzling Olympic Hills golf club venue for our 120 guest wedding in July. The venue itself is exceptionally well-maintained and provided a beautiful backdrop to our happy guests. We enjoyed our wedding service on their outside private deck with customized lighting and organized, comfortable seating. We enjoyed a sumptuous and flavorful Italian buffet, and the Olympic Hills team, including event planner Emily, gave us and our guests superior service. Emily is particularly thorough, extremely well organized, communicative and proactive. Their staff were able to handle specific dietary restrictions and allowed us to bring in commercially licensed appetizers and desserts, and wine of our choice (with acork fee), all providing money saving opportunities on our very small and stringent budget. Despite the fact that we had a very tight budget which they helped us accommodate, I cannot express how thankful I am for Emily, especially being able to coordinate with our vendors to ensure we had a memorable and fabulous celebration. To have access to this kind of glamorous venue without being a club member was invaluable, and we were treated with kindness and respect. I highly recommend for any event and especially a wedding, your guest will feel privileged and happy and as a bride or groom, you will be so relieved at the ease and beauty.

No, all alcohol must be provided by Olympic Hills. If you are looking for something in particular we can check with our vendors to see if it can be ordered for your event.

Our ceremony site is located outside and is available from May until mid-October.

We do not provide sound or microphones for the ceremony site. DJs need to provide sound and microphones for the ceremony. They will be able to use our power.

Yes, we have on-site parking.

We allow dessert to be brought in from a licensed baker/establishment. All other food must be provided/purchased by Olympic Hills.

We can fit up to 250 people in our ballroom. With 250 guests there is a particular room layout for the reception space. Guests tables will need to be removed to create space for the dance dancefloor.

Buffets are available for groups from 50 - 180 people as the buffets will need to use a portion of the ballroom.

We do not require a beverage minimum just a food minimum to rent the ballroom space.

We allow couples to bring in their own decor to decorate the tables. We do not allow candlesticks, glitter or confetti.

Couples are not allowed on the course as it is a private golf course/club. Couples can take pictures at the ceremony site, event balcony and in front of the club.

You do not need to be a member at Olympic Hills to rent our ballroom space.

Our service charge is 20%. The service charge is not a gratuity for the servers.

Yes, our venue is accessible. Guests in wheelchairs or who have trouble with mobility can watch from the event balcony or get assistance to the ceremony site.
