Our bar is able to hold almost any sized party and is equipped with on-site parking, multiple TVs, a fully stocked bar, and bathrooms. With our amazing venue, service, and options, you are sure to have a stress-free and budget-friendly event that you can enjoy too. Private events will be required to meet the minimum spend amount which does not include applicable taxes, venue fees or staff gratuity.

Bar Tab Minimum = $750 + gratuity. Included with renting the space, all guests' Cover Charge will be waived ($10 per person value). You may decorate and bring in food if desired. Unfortunately, we do not have a kitchen, so everything will have to be brought in.

VIP Tree Lounge

Full Buyout Event

Off-peak pricing $3,500

Description

5 - 8 pm Buyout event = $3,500 bar minimum + gratuity. All Day Event = $13,500 bar minimum + gratuity. Both Options come with entertainment that the bar covers (5-8 pm = DJ / All Day = DJ + Band or all night DJ). All Food catering options are taken care of by the party. Unfortunately, we do not have a kitchen so everything has to be brought in. We will work with any and all catering companies.
