Yes, a valid ABC banquet license is required.

Yes, ample paid parking is available South, East and West of Main Street Station. Parking is free for the first hour, then $1 per hour after that, maxing out at $6 per 24 hour period. You are able to pre-pay for your guests parking.

Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We have a ramp to the east of the main entrance and throughout the interior of Main Street Station. There are elevators to access The Headhouse and The Shed.

Yes, we require that couples provide proof of special event insurance no later than 60 days prior to your event.

Vendors can load-in beginning at 8:00 am on the day of your event. All vendors will have 2 hours after the event to break-down and load-out if renting the Headhouse and 4 hours after if renting The Shed.

Main Street Station will provide security, both in-house and through the Richmond Police Department*. We will provide janitorial staff during the event to clean any spills and to perform general janitorial duties**. A Main Street Station venue manager will be in the building for the duration of the event. Additional furniture in the event space may be used or removed, per your request. Weddings will be provided an hour time slot for rehearsal. *Richmond Police Department will be available on site for all events where alcohol is served. **All trash must be removed from the building by your caterer and other vendors.
