Hermitage Golf Course is a full service wedding and event venue located only 20 minutes from downtown Nashville. The property offers a unique glimpse of Southern hospitality and Tuscany countryside with its lush gardens, stone waterfall and breathtaking views. Receptions flow into the open ceiling pavilion with market string lights, large retractable garage doors, and a stone fireplace or our exclusive on course location known as "The Green" with the ultimate alfresco dining experience and market string lights through the trees and lush landscaping of the golf course.

There is so much I have to say about this venue and the Director of Events Ivy Manfredi. This venue is just about all inclusive! I just needed hair, makeup, cake, and DJ. The food is incredible, and you can have your rehearsal dinner at this location too! They are great with accommodations when it comes to special diets, as well as special requests. Ivy was there for me from the first walk through to the very last part of my reception! She even rallied together help when my hair and makeup was a no show on the day of. The whole day was a blur but she was there keeping me calm and pushing me through with the kindest heart. Now about the venue itself. WOW! First a golf course is beautiful year round so there is never a bad day. One thing that was so important to me when looking for an outdoor venue was the rain plan. Let me tell you it is just as good as the garden!! You will not end up in a tent or having to walk past your catering if it rains. You have a beautiful fire place surrounded by beautiful glass walls to see the course, and climate control! I also want to mention the price. For what you are getting it is absolutely affordable! Ivy will work with you to find a package that works best with your budget. Last but not least at all the unique experience of being able to visit with the resident sheep on the course!! When I say I looked forward to this for so long I mean it, and they did not disappoint! My Husband and I got amazing photos with them and I will cherish that memory forever! If you are on the fence just take a visit, see the magic for yourself!

The people at Hermitage Golf course made everything easy to plan our big day! Ivy was amazing making sure everything was perfect for our day ! Our wedding turned out more beautiful than I could have dreamed of! Highly recommend!

YES! If you have your wedding and reception with us, we will provide the room complimentary and offer a reduced menu price for the the rehearsal dinner.

ou will have an hour for your rehearsal on the day before your wedding, if there isn’t another event on that date. An example would be if your wedding is on Saturday, we could possibly have a wedding on Friday. Therefore your rehearsal would not be able to be held on Friday. However, you would be able to have your rehearsal on Thursday.

We want all persons involved in your special day to feel welcomed. However, we do require that they use only the areas that you are renting. An example – if you are renting the Pavilion and the Garden, then the banquet room is not available for a vendor to prepare in. They also MUST have a certificate of insurance with a liability policy of at least one million dollars.

Your reservation includes between eight to fourteen hours of rental. This includes from set up to breakdown of your event depending upon the package you select.

Yes, we have plenty of free self-parking available

No, all alcohol must be supplied and served by Hermitage Golf Course.

Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We also have ramps at the main and side entrances, hearing-impaired fire alarm lights, and trained staff.
