Unlike any other wedding venue in our area, The Tent at Stoatin Brae sits at one of the highest points in Kalamazoo County and commands sweeping panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. The event’s sunset will be talked about for years to come, and our walled tent provides the ability to let in the good parts of nature while keeping all of your guests comfortable. Depending on your setup, The Tent at Stoatin Brae can accommodate between 150-200 guests. The covered space is 40’x60′ with decks that reach beyond the tent in each direction.

Bedford Valley is beautiful, contemporary, and climate-controlled for your event. Built in 2008, this peaceful and elegant Craftsman-style clubhouse works perfectly for groups up to 180 guests. Whether you have your ceremony outside and reception inside or bring them both under one roof, the Bedford Valley Clubhouse can be arranged to meet your vision. We’ll ensure an amazing event, no matter the weather. Just six miles from downtown Battle Creek, the secluded feel and intimate layout make it easy to forget that town is just down the road.
