In order to secure your event date, we require a signed contract as well as a $1,000 non-refundable deposit.
Yes, we do require a $500 damage deposit upon booking in addition to the $1,000 non-refundable deposit. Damage deposits will be returned to you within 30 business days of the event pending there are no damages. Not all events are required to put down a damage deposit.
The final payment is due at the conclusion of your event.
You have access to the space for a total of eight hours. 2hrs - Setup 5hrs - Event Time 1hr - Cleanup Please note all events must conclude prior to 2am, including clean up.
Yes, additional hours can be purchased for $400 per hour & $200 per half hour.
We provide all tables, chairs, glassware, flatware, and china.
No, we do allow five independent caterers into the venue. Occasions, Three Tomatoes, Relish, Footers, and Eclectic Elegance.

No, due to our liquor license we are unable to allow in any outside alcohol.
Yes, all parking located in The Landmark is free, including the 3 level parking garage.
