No, we operate a liquor license and can provide you with both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
The facility rental includes just the space itself.
Your reservation includes up to six hours from start to finish for a full wedding ceremony (1-hour), pre-reception (1-hour) and reception (4-hours), not to end past. One hour of set-up and tear-down time are included for your vendors, not to go past 12:00AM. Any additional time will be billed at a market rate per hour.
Yes, we do require a certificate of insurance that names both Arizona Science Center and the City of Phoenix. Event insurance is fairly simple to request and we are here to assist you in finding a resource for this. This is required for all third party vendors you hire as well.
Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We also have ramps at the main and side entrances, hearing-impaired fire alarm lights, and trained staff.
Self parking is available at the Heritage Garage located at the SE corner of 5th Street and Monroe. Validation is will allow you to receive a discounted price on parking—only valid at the Heritage Parking Garage. Parking validation and discounted rates not offered for any other garage including Phoenix Convention Center garages. Please bring your Heritage Garage parking ticket with you.
Booking fees for our facilities, and all payments made including deposits, may be refundable based on the date of cancellation. Please see our contract for the full cancellation schedule and policy.

Our facility is conveniently located just just under 4 miles from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. You can reach our venue by public transportation via the subway or train, by private car, taxi or ride share.
Being climate controlled, we really do not have an off season. We are a cool 72 degrees all year long.
