    A wedding day is one of the biggest moments of your life. I don’t think the event managers at this venue could care less. Communication was horrible. It took weeks to get a response for details regarding my event until I finally called the hotel itself asking to speak to someone, in which they informed me the event manager changed and now someone else would be taking on my wedding/event. 3 months before my wedding I had to discuss all expectations again, where I was met with a lot of pushback and everything I was planning seemed to have gone out the window. The amount of effort it took for me to get the things I thought was included with my wedding package was frustrating. We had a food tasting and the day of the wedding the food was very different (vegetarian options had meat in it, quality was low). It was just disappointing. I gave 2-stars for the other accommodations they made to make up for some things. I want to believe they cared, and even after all their mistakes I sent an email thanking them, to which I didn’t even get a response. The best part of this venue is how naturally beautiful it is. My wedding day was beautiful and looked beautiful because of the property itself. I think it may be a good venue for small events but I would not recommend this place for a wedding. No one there is professional enough to handle the responsibility of a wedding.
