    Do not book this company. My friend booked her and she NO SHOWED and then BLOCKED everybody ON MY FRIEND’S WEDDING DAY. This “planner” is a scam.

    We booked her for my daughter’s NYE wedding. My daughter talked to her two days before the wedding. She assured my daughter she would be at the venue at 9am. Day of, no show. She did not call us. She would not answer our phone calls. She clicked ignore on our calls and then blocked us. She blocked our numbers. She blocked us on social media. We had a contract with her that said she would be there or send a qualified person in her place. That did not happen. It also said we would receive our full refund. It did not happen. A call the day before or even the day of would have been the right thing to do. I would have had time to try and find a replacement. Instead I had to do her job and missed out on so much of my daughter’s wedding that I can’t get back. It was so unprofessional!

    If I could leave zero stars I would. This woman took my money up front, ghosted me on my wedding day, and then proceeded to block me and everyone in my family when we told her we expected a refund that she explicitly stated she would provide in a signed contract by both her and myself. DO NOT BOOK THIS WOMAN. She will steal your money.

    I have crossed paths with Whitney, professionally, on many occasions and she is always a pleasure to work with. She is professional, courteous and very detail oriented! She has coordinated a wedding at my venue and another wedding that I officiated at a different venue. She also helped coordinate a styled shoot at my venue, which also featured a custom wedding invitation that she designed herself. She even decorated the arbor for that shoot! Currently, we are planning another styled shoot at my venue which she will be hosting herself - she is basically the mastermind behind all the style decisions for this one. I highly recommend Whitney's work!
