    Amazing coordinators!

    Working with Kismet Gatherings made our wedding planning process feel effortless and genuinely enjoyable. From our first conversation, they were quick to respond to every question and thought ahead about problems before we even knew they existed. They created a detailed timeline for our day and took the time to sync up with each of our vendors, which meant we didn't have to worry about a thing on the actual day. The day of the wedding, weren't asked a single question about setup or coordination—they just handled it all. Their attention to detail and thorough approach made everything run smoothly, and we got to actually enjoy our wedding instead of stressing about logistics.     Blew expectations out of the water

    We decided to hire Kismet Gatherings for our day of coordinator. Haley and her husband were incredible from the start to the end for helping us plan our wedding! We were so impressed with all of the attention and detail that went into planning, but the actual day was were they really blew our expectations out of the water. Haley had such a subtle but clear way of organization that felt non intrusive but also handled all of the small details that arose during the night. She is truly a lifesaver! And her husband really stepped up and ran to get us supplies when we ran out and took beautiful pictures of us too. Every person who I talked with gave me more details about what they handled for us, so I know there was a lot more behind the scenes they did as well. I know our wedding would have been perfect no matter what, but I'm so grateful to have had them there! I highly recommend hiring Kismet Gatherings for your special day

    Knocked it out of the park!

    Kismet Gatherings was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. From the start, their communication style was casual, friendly, and frequent - they were always available to answer our questions and provide updates. The quality of their work and the value they provided was outstanding. They added so many personalized touches that made our wedding day truly special, and their professionalism, dedication, and flexibility ensured that everything was organized and executed flawlessly. They even helped us put together a whole wedding weekend, from the rehearsal dinner to the bachelorette/bachelor party to the day-of festivities. We had a unique lineup of events, and Kismet Gatherings took care of it all seamlessly. I didn't have to worry about a single thing when it came to setup or cleanup - they handled it all. I can't recommend Kismet Gatherings highly enough, and we'll definitely be using them again for any future party planning needs. 10/10!
