With over 15 years of experience, our team has hosted birthdays, children’s parties, weddings, conferences, and everything in-between across all of Western New York.

We’re obsessed with the little things - there’s no detail too small when it comes to bringing your vision to life. As a boutique event planner, we purposefully limit our client intake to allow us to curate the perfect events for each of them. We want you to enjoy the planning process, just as much as you enjoy the event itself.

Our full-service planning provides complete wedding design and coordination, curating vendor selections, and daily to weekly check-ins with our couple.

This service is for our couples who want to be involved in their planning and includes the organization and creative vision of wedding planning and design.

Our day-of coordination services include working with our couples in the months leading up to their wedding to learn their vision and flawlessly execute their big day.

    As a fellow wedding vendor, I take note of the amazing vendors I get to work alongside. Kellyann and her wonderful team of ladies at the Scarlett Agency were an absolute dream to work with! Weeks leading up to my couple's wedding, Kellyann would send me updates and be available for any questions I may have had. Being the photographer, I have a lot to think about and be prepped for and Kellyannher team were such a comfort to have around. They were attentive, kind, so soo helpful, and just a great group of ladies to work with. My couple's wedding day went seamless and I know it's because of the Scarlett Agency!

    Kelly and her team helped make my wedding day perfect! I hired the agency around April and got married in August 2023. During my engagement, I quickly realized the wedding planning process can be very overwhelming (especially in my case-dealing with life stressors and unexpected health issues). She understood my vision from the very start and demonstrated an outstanding level of professionalism, organization, and support. Myself, my husband, friends, family, and other vendors were so impressed by the team's level of dedication and their genuine attention to detail. I can honestly say their help and guidance was worth every penny! Highly recommend!

    Kelly and her team were an absolute dream to work with. I live out of town, so Kelly really acted as my eyes and ears throughout the entire process. She completely understood my vision and was able to execute it perfectly while also giving helpful feedback and advice based on her years of experience. Her attention to the smallest details is second-to-none. Kelly also was respectful of my budget and helped keep costs within goal.
