Planned to Perfection of the Bluegrass is a boutique wedding and event planning company located in the heart of Kentucky. Our professional planners and coordinators are style savvy, budget conscious, and thoroughly engaged in the entire planning process. Our passion is to plan and execute fantasy proposals, dream weddings, intimate elopements, and inspiring events. We are proudly LGTBQIA friendly and value diversity at every opportunity.

We have FIVE (5) planners and coordinators on our team -- and an internship program. You will receive attention and advice from a number of sources within our company. If we ever need assistance, we have in-house crew ready to execute, flip, plan, and clean up if needed!

I utilized Planned to Perfection of the Bluegrass for my wedding and they did not disappoint. Betsy was a lifesaver during the planning process. She was responsive to every question I had and thought about the things I did not. On the day of my wedding I didn’t worry about anything, Betsy had everything covered. I will always be grateful for Betsy and Planned to Perfection of the Bluegrass.

We started out our wedding planning process thinking that maybe we didn’t need a wedding planner. Boy are we glad we ended up going with Betsy. I’m a visual artist, my spouse, a musician. We wanted our wedding to reflect our vibrant personalities and interests. I started out a lot of conversations with Betsy by saying, “Okay, this might sound a little nutty, but how about we do…” Betsy ran with every single suggestion. It was incredible. The end result? A modern art inspired wedding complete with an interactive art gallery at the reception! The logistics and planning: Betsy walked us through every single thing. She gave us options when we didn’t have a clue. Photographer, caterer, florist, band, you name it! She gave us things piecemeal, so it didn’t feel too overwhelming. She was also very accommodating in working with folks of a minority faith/culture, as both me and my spouse are Jewish and wanted a Jewish wedding. The big day: I didn’t have to worry about anything. I mean, of course I did worry a little bit, because I’m an anxious person. But I didn’t have to worry. Betsy set everything in motion and when a conflict came up with the transportation (my fault), she fixed it immediately. It was the most beautiful day. It was the best day of our lives. It was the start of something truly incredible. If you’re on the fence about hiring a wedding planner, here’s your sign. HIRE BETSY AT PLANNED TO PERFECTION OF THE BLUEGRASS!

Betsy helped us plan the whole thing. I did not have a clear vision of what I wanted for our big day, and Betsy took the time to figure out what we wanted and help us create the perfect wedding for us. Betsy took what we wanted into consideration. She found vendors and gave us options to empower us to make the decisions that were best for us. Betsy is clearly known and respected in the industry which helped every client-vendor relationship be simple and effective. Our wedding went so smoothly, and any hiccup that arose was solved within minutes. We could not have asked for a better wedding day, and Betsy helped make the whole thing happen. Hire her!
