Planned to Perfection of the Bluegrass is a boutique wedding and event planning company located in the heart of Kentucky. Our professional planners and coordinators are style savvy, budget conscious, and thoroughly engaged in the entire planning process. Our passion is to plan and execute fantasy proposals, dream weddings, intimate elopements, and inspiring events. We are proudly LGTBQIA friendly and value diversity at every opportunity.

We have FIVE (5) planners and coordinators on our team -- and an internship program. You will receive attention and advice from a number of sources within our company. If we ever need assistance, we have in-house crew ready to execute, flip, plan, and clean up if needed!

I can't express how grateful we are for Lyndsey and the PtoP team. Having no stress regarding day-of coordination is priceless. My husband and I wanted to change up the traditional wedding-day timeline of events and Lyndsey didn't hesitate to advise/coordinate the most efficient & effective way to ensure our vision was met. On day-of, our wedding exceeded our expectations due to PtoP's eye for detail, professionalism, exemplary communication with vendors, timely execution of events, and ability to swiftly pivot when unforeseen circumstances occurred. We are overjoyed with services provided by PtoP and highly recommend them for seamless event coordination.

Lyndsey was very professional and organized! She had really great vendor recommendations and lots of fresh ideas. She helped communicate with our venue, which was challenging at times. And she was great day of setting up the reception exactly how I wanted and keeping everything flowing. I would definitely recommend them!

I can’t thank Betsy with Planned to Perfection of the Bluegrass enough for all she did for us in planning our daughter’s wedding. We were nervous about it becoming a big, impersonal affair that didn’t represent the bride and groom as a couple and Betsy helped make sure it was exactly what our daughter and son-in-law wanted. Even though the guest list kept growing a bit, Betsy rolled with every change like the pro she is. We were able to enjoy the day because we knew she had everything under control. We couldn’t have done it without her.

I utilized Planned to Perfection of the Bluegrass for my wedding and they did not disappoint. Betsy was a lifesaver during the planning process. She was responsive to every question I had and thought about the things I did not. On the day of my wedding I didn’t worry about anything, Betsy had everything covered.
