Personally, my husband and I have been married for a little over 20 years. I am a mother of 2 beautiful teenage daughters. I am also a lover of scrapbooks, holiday traditions, photography, PSL, Pinterest and wine. Organizationally, I like to check in with all of my clients each week on Tuesdays. This helps us all stay organized and makes sure tasks do not sneak up on us. I find joy in bringing their vision to life. Making you feel comfortable and taken care of during a party is my love language.

Professionally, I am able to watch over the broad strokes of an event, while keeping the details at the forefront of the design vision. My team and I will: be the calm voice in your room, run your event with joy and kindness, and provide an environment where you are having a good time, instead of being pulled away from your guests to handle logistics.

SantanaRain was one of the best decisions we made in our wedding planning. We did month of coordination and Nickie was available to text, call, and meet for zoom calls! She and her team put us at ease and filled in the gaps of the things we didn’t even think of. Her team helped facilitate the day perfectly and everything was on time. Nickie had such a creative brain and her background in all her events helped with structuring the day. She was great to brainstorm with and we often asked for her advice on details. We did not stress at all. THANK YOU! We are forever grateful.

My husband and I got married mid June, and thank goodness for Nickie and her team for being our wedding planner! At first we thought we would plan everything ourselves, and then when I found Nickie I changed my mind! She was super organized, had great advice, recommended vendors, helped me design the most BEAUTIFUL layout for the wedding, helped me save money in A LOT of places, and my favorite part, became such a sweet friend throughout the process, there in the highs and there in the lows. Nickie is such a gem of a person and so are all her team members. I’m telling you, they seriously think of everything. I am so grateful to them for their support, it truly made the biggest difference in the world to have them apart of the day (and the many months leading up). There will never be enough words to properly sing the praises of the SantannaRain team! I remember worrying about how stressful the wedding planning process would be, and dreading it because of that. But everything changed when Nickie and her team came in to the picture! I can honestly say I enjoyed every step, and ended up thinking wedding planning was fun! I can’t imagine my wedding day without SantanaRain and think that every bride should consider hiring them for their big day!
