We will work tirelessly on your behalf to find the most appropriate venue, caterer, rental companies, music, transportation, invitations, photographer, florist, and party favors for your unique event. Whether it is a small intimate party or an extravagant affair, we will work within your budget.

Our Day-of Coordination service provides you with the assurance that on your special day, all your hard work and preparation will come together seamlessly. Our team of experienced wedding planners will be there to manage all the details and ensure that your wedding day is stress-free and beautiful.     Working with Alex was easily one of the best decisions I made while wedding planning. She worked with me so much while I was planning-and offers a great program to use if you’re like me and had no idea how to plan a wedding. She was always available and willing to answer any questions I had throughout the process. On the day of our wedding, my husband and I were so relaxed and stress free it was amazing. Alex and her assistant were so amazing and helped it go on without a hitch, it was perfect (and that’s saying something because our reception was outdoors on the weekend Helene hit). She is also so sweet and personable, everyone who interacted with her raved about how great she was. If you’re debating, I highly recommended working with Alex, you will be so happy if you do!

    Alex with Avi Luxe Events was an absolute dream to work with as our day of coordinator. Her communication style was organized, timely and responsive throughout the entire planning process, which helped keep me on track during an otherwise hectic time. Alex is talented, honest and reliable. I truly couldn't have gotten through wedding planning or our special day without her! She went above and beyond in every facet, ensuring I did not have to worry about a single detail the day-of so I could simply relax (that is hard for me lol) and enjoy the day.     Alex was one of the best choices we made for our wedding vendors!! She was very organized, open to what we wanted to do and she and her assistant made sure everything went smooth the day of. She was so helpful with the planning and her software made it easy to track RSVPs and create the seating chart. I would definitely recommend Alex if you’re looking for an awesome wedding planner at a very fair price!
