    Great Experience - Hired Twice!

    Brandy was so wonderful that we worked with her twice! First for our very small wedding during covid and again for our 130 guest, one year anniversary reception. We could not have planned either event without her help. She was incredibly detail oriented and made the planning process smooth and stress free. She is so easy to get along with and gave honest and thoughtful advice when I requested her opinion. She is responsive, professional and a true expert when it comes to event planning. I highly recommend working with Brandy for your next wedding or event. She was great.

They communicate with all of your vendors to ensure the day runs smoothly. A venue coordinator is employed by the wedding venue and focuses solely on the logistics related to the venue itself. Their primary responsibility is to ensure that the venue’s services, such as setup, catering, run smoothly. While they play a crucial role in managing the venue-specific details, their support is limited to tasks directly related to the venue and does not extend to the overall planning or coordination of your wedding.
It’s best to book as early as possible, especially for popular dates. However, we are also happy to accommodate couples with shorter timelines and will work efficiently to bring your vision to life, even with a tight schedule.
