We want you to enjoy each moment of your wedding day with your favorite people by your side! You'll trust us taking the lead. We are a Portland, Maine based planning company with 3 different packages.

We follow an organized, phase-based planning approach, keeping us all organized and on a timeline as we plan for your day. Each of our packages include event management where we are on site for your entire day, typically first there and last to leave.

    If you're in search of a wedding planner who can turn your vision into a flawless reality, look no further than Olive and Co. Cassie and her exceptional team were the backbone of our wedding, and their dedication and expertise made our wedding better than we could have ever imagined it. Cassie is absolutely lovely to work with--she is calm and decisive--fabulous qualities to have in a wedding planner! From start to finish, Cassie was a beacon of support and professionalism. She meticulously helped me think through every detail, ensuring that nothing was overlooked and that our vision was executed perfectly. No question was too small or too complex—Cassie was always there to provide thoughtful answers and guidance throughout the entire process. What truly set Cassie and her team apart was their extraordinary level of care. When a friend had an allergic reaction at our wedding, Cassie didn’t hesitate to step in and help. She lent her own car to get our friend to the ER, quite literally going above and beyond expectations If you’re planning a wedding or event in Maine, Olive and Co is an absolute must. Their unparalleled dedication, impeccable organization, and genuine care will ensure that your event is executed seamlessly and with heart.     I cannot recommend Cassie highly enough. She is a great communicator, and so on top of timelines/coordination that I really did not feel like the wedding planning process was stressful (which I feel is a rarity). She also was as able to translate my ascetic into reality so well, even when I had a hard time articulating it myself. For example, I told her “lighting” was important to me and she worked with a vendor to create the most stunning centerpiece, everyone complimented it (picture attached). I also deeply appreciated that she worked to understand our budget, respect it, and work to achieve our goals within it. We had several calls to discuss budget, check progress, and plan accordingly. Lastly, as a day of coordinator, she made the day run seamlessly. I feel like I was able to really enjoy myself the day of, because I trusted Cassie, and she anticipated issues before they even arose. My sister and I both used Cassie to plan our Maine weddings and were so incredibly pleased with how our days turned out. If you’re looking for a wedding planner, I HIGHLY recommend olive and co!
