With over 7 years of experience curating intimate events, I specialize in creating unforgettable experiences through full-service wedding planning, designing & rentals. Mira’s Magnolia is a home-based special events management company founded in honor of my late Grandmother, Mira Cruse. As a young girl, I witnessed my Grandmother create spaces where family could gather & celebrate life’s moments together. We’ve curated a rental inventory listing with you two in mind! When you book with Mira’s Magnolia you receive a 10% discount on our day-of rentals. This includes serpentine tables, chairs, & tableware (for parties under 50), wedding accessories, decorations, lounge furniture, glamping services, decorations, etc. We’ll schedule 2 in-person or zoom meetings with unlimited calls and emails. Think of us as a professional friend to run ideas by! As a Navy veteran myself, active service members ALWAYS receive 15% off overall services!

Perfect for couples managing their own wedding planning but need a little assistance We start 6 months prior to the wedding date and provide: - Pre-Wedding Consultation - Vendor Recommendations - Budget Review - Timeline Assistance - Venue Walkthrough - Vendor Management - Wedding Rehearsal Coordination - Day-of Coordination

For intimate weddings (under 50 guests) & elopements. We’ll provide our partial planning services with vendor/ venue recommendations, day-of coordination, vendor management, and setting up your personal decor.

For couples who want to plan most of their wedding, needing very little assistance until the month/day-of. We’ll create a plan for executing your vision 1 month (month-of) or 10 days (day-of) prior to the wedding. Includes: Pre-Wedding Consultation | Timeline Refinement | Venue Walkthrough | Vendor Management | Coordination | Setup & Breakdown (Decor & Tablescape)

We’ll uncover the essence of your celebration and create a visual roadmap for every little detail. Selecting colors, tablescape design concepts & mood boards.

    Charnecia is absolutely amazing! DO NOT LOOK FURTHER! She is detailed oriented, personable, and strives to make sure your vision comes to life. I originally hired her to supply rental items for my bridal shower and she was kind enough to provide my sister with planning assistance! She blew my guests away with the schedule and beautiful decorations that we eventually hired her as our day of Coordinator. She communicated with us every step of the way and ensured we felt comfortable with each decision. She took away any and all stress on our wedding day so we could enjoy the day and our guests. Seriously! Hire Charnecia to coordinate your wedding related events if you want a stress free coordination!! She is one of the most communicative vendors we hired and one of our FAVORITES! 10/10!

    We hired Charnecia to plan our August 2021 wedding in northern Virginia and she was the best decision we made during the wedding planning process. From the beginning she was warm and approachable, and made the hectic and overwhelming nature of planning a wedding (especially during a pandemic!) an overall smooth process. For as warm and friendly as she was, she also maintained utmost professionalism throughout the process, helping us navigate some tricky vendor partners and all the stress that goes along with a destination wedding in a mountain town (again, during a pandemic! navigating date changes, COVID restrictions, guest travel, etc!). She helped us execute our vision within our budget, and we were so pleased with all of her recommendations and how they were executed. In the end, our day wouldn't have been the same without her, and she was a calm, hyper-organized, fun presence, which is all a bride can ask for.
