We couldn't be more grateful to Laura and her phenomenal team at MacArthur Weddings and Events! Planning a wedding in Colorado from California, I needed someone who could truly understand my design vision and needs from afar—and Laura exceeded every expectation. From the start, she made me feel understood and supported, and by the time the wedding arrived, I knew without a doubt that she would bring our vision to life. Just days before, we faced a sudden change in the weather forecast to rain, after weeks of clear skies. Laura handled this with ease and creativity, making last-minute adjustments so seamlessly that my husband and I could relax, knowing everything was under control. Laura’s expertise allowed us to be fully present and enjoy our wedding day!! I often find it hard to delegate, but with her calm and capable approach, I had complete trust in her every decision. I am honestly going to miss our planning calls—Laura became a part of our lives! If you’re looking for a planner who can handle anything with skill, grace, and a deep understanding of your vision, I can’t recommend Laura and MacArthur Weddings and Events highly enough. Seriously do not look anywhere else, they’re simply the best.

I absolutely loved working with McArthur Events! My husband and I were referred to them by a friend who used them for their wedding. They had nothing but great things to say and after having our own, we feel the exact same way! When we first started wedding planning, my husband was skeptical about hiring a wedding coordinator but once he saw all the work Heli was putting towards our big day, he was so happy to see me less stressed and see our wedding come to life. My first meeting with Laura, I was very frazzled about how I wanted our wedding to be. She offered so much guidance and advice on all the little details. They have an incredible vendor list and list of resources that were really helpful while booking everything. Because we just signed up for "day of coordination", I really thought I would be more on my own with the whole planning process. Heli started with us two months before our wedding and completely took over all the wedding correspondence with all my vendors. That was AMAZING and made me feel 10000x less stressed. Heli might be the most organized gal I've ever met. She was so quick to respond to emails, had answers to all of my small detail questions, and was always on time and prepared for every meeting. She was such a joy to work with. I really feel like she went above and beyond for our day and made it feel really special even with how simple we wanted our wedding to be. All of our family, friends, and my husband were SO impressed with her and could tell the effort she put into our wedding. I would hands down recommend McArthur Events to any couples getting married soon. I don't know how anyone throws a wedding without a planner or planners as great as Laura and Heli!

Laura was the designated planner for our wedding at Juniper Mountain House in Evergreen, CO and we're so happy we had the chance to work with her! Laura asked the right questions to ensure our day was exactly what we had envisioned. Her coordination with vendors in the months/weeks leading up to the wedding allowed my husband and I to focus on ourselves and our guests. On the day of the wedding, we both felt so relaxed and had a blast at our wedding knowing all of the details and coordination were being taken care of! The entire wedding flowed so nicely and was truly the best day of our lives.
