How long have you been a wedding planner?

I received my minor in event management through Rosen College at the University of Central Florida in 2016 and in 2020 obtained my wedding planning certification through Lovegevity Certified Wedding and Event Planning Institute. I have been working for myself ever since. Before that I had interned and worked with wedding planners and vendors in the industry since 2010. I worked as a special events coordinator at a prestigious country club in North Carolina and more recently, have assisted with a few Fairytale Weddings at Walt Disney World.

What makes you different from other planners?

While I have set packaging, I also offer custom packages where couples can choose the services they want and create their own package that is tailored to their wedding and budget. I work with everyone. Whether your wedding is small and intimate or grand and luxurious, I am here to help. Livvy Marie Weddings is extremely inclusive and caters to the LGBTQ community, as well as, heterosexual couples. I also specialize in fandom and theme weddings. No event or theme is too extreme, and I love helping couples incorporate fandoms and themes into their love story.

Why should I hire a wedding planner?

I definitely recommend having a wedding planner or at least a day of coordinator to help with your wedding. Especially if you have a lot of decor or elements to your wedding that need to be set up. The last thing you want to have to worry about while you're getting ready to marry the love of your life, is decor and set up. As a wedding planner and day of coordinator, I can happily take care of the set up and all the little details to the day, so the only thing you have to worry about is enjoying your special day.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. Livvy Marie Weddings is an LLC and has a business license with the state of Florida. We also have a general and professional liability insurance policy in place up to $1,000,000.

How do we book you?

First an initial meeting or phone call is set up so I can learn more about your wedding style and what you're looking for in a planner, and you can learn more about me as well. Once you decide to officially book, I will write up a contract and once that is signed and a deposit is made, my wedding services begin.

What other services do you offer?

Along with weddings, I offer rehearsal dinner services, bridesmaids luncheons, bachelorette parties, and wedding showers. I also do birthdays, gender reveals, anniversaries, meetings, etc. Those services are listed under the "Ever After Package" found on my website. Under the Embellishments package, I also help couples with DIY wedding decor, wedding website management/creation, assistance with wedding speeches and vows, etc. These services can also be found on the services page under "Embellishments" on my website.

Description	Full wedding planning and event design. Includes unlimited communication, day of coordination, and assistance every step of the way during the wedding planning process.	Our Embellishment services allow couples to pick and choose which services they would like to have in order to either create a custom package or only have a planner for certain tasks for their wedding/event. Service options include: set up/tear down only, wedding shower or brunch coordination, rehearsal coordination only, travel coordination, wedding speeches or vow assistance, etc.	Partial planning includes unlimited communication, some venue/vendor research and booking, wedding timeline creation, rehearsal and on-site day of coordination, Set up/Tear down, etc. This package is perfect for couples who have most of their planning done, but want just a little extra help with the finer details and connecting with vendors.	Day of coordination includes vendor coordination, on-site coordination, timeline creation, rehearsal attendance, and unlimited communication starting 30-45 days prior to your event date. Our day of coordination package is perfect for helping couples celebrate their love without having to worry about the day-of-details. Leave set up, tear down, and vendor organization to us.
