I have been in the business for over 25 years. I have lived all over the world and have worked and experienced so many wonderful ways to do things that I believe passing them on during an event is fabulous. I enjoy very much working with our couples and fulfilling their dreams and illuminating their stress. Listening to their thoughts on what they want on this very special day and being able to incorporate it all. What we enjoy most is exceeding the couples expectations it is our absolute goal!

Heartfelt is just that, everything comes from the Heart. We try very much to incorporate family items, special memories, soft touches. It is important to listen to the couple and pick up on things that matter, for instance a special dessert that a family member made, possibly incorporating that for a special treat. Heartfelt not only does weddings and events but we are a full service event company. We have our own linens, cutlery, crockery, we have a catering license and we do dinners, desserts as well as flowers design.

    From start to finish, Jackie at Heartfelt Events of Luray was enthusiastic, responsive, and incredibly kind throughout the entire wedding planning process. Her attention to detail and quality of work were truly top-tier. She brought my vision for the day to life wonderfully and perfectly. Jackie was involved in every step, helping me create my vision, plan the day's schedule, and even providing chargers and decorating everything precisely to match my style. She listened to me intently and knew that it was my dream to have the ceremony outside, and she found a way to work around the rain, finding a 20-minute pocket of time and drying off all of the guest's seats so that could be possible! I couldn't have asked for a better wedding planning and day-of experience, and I'm so grateful to Heartfelt Events and Jackie for making our special day truly unforgettable! I can't thank Jackie enough, she is a pleasure to work with and a wonderful person!!

    If you're looking for someone to help you tackle your wedding every step of the way, then you've come to the right place. Jackie helped my husband and I throughout our entire planning process for over a year and a half! She supported and guided us every step of the way, and played so many roles for our big day. She helped with desserts, our wedding cake, floral arrangements, table settings, decor, contacting vendors, helping to establish our timeline... you name it, Jackie was there to help!     Jackie was absolutely amazing! She was accommodating leading up to the wedding, and especially on the wedding day. She was friendly, handled everything gracefully, and always appeared calm, having things under control. We couldn't be happier to have her with us on our special day; she was phenomenal. She helped us with all of the decorating the day of and coordinated with our vendors. She is incredibly effective and so knowledgeable. We would definitely hire her again! She made everything so seamless!

    I planned my wedding on a pretty short timeline and was totally overwhelmed before I met her but she quickly put my mind at ease. Her talents are seemingly endless... not only did she do the things that I might have expected like coordinating rentals and items that needed to be purchased, but she even put together our flower arrangements, catered the cocktail hour and staffed the bar! I literally cannot recommend her highly enough!
