With a mission to make every couple's special day truly magical, Stefanie has become a true fairy godmother in the world of weddings. Her passion and attention to detail are unmatched, and she goes beyond just the traditional role of wedding planner. She sees herself as not just a coordinator but a confidante, a friend, and a guiding force through the journey of planning the perfect wedding.

Includes unlimited meetings, planning & budget checklists, vendor research and recommendations, contract reviews, vendor liaison, venue recommendations & tours, rehearsal coordination, ceremony and reception coordination, set up, and breakdown, final walk through, full day-of coordination, timeline creation, hotel blocking, decor assistance, rental reservations, RSVP management, and more.

Everything from the Partial Coordination Package and travel outside of Colorado. Additional travel fees may apply.

Includes limited meetings with couples, planning & budget checklists, vendor research & recommendations, contract reviews, vendor liaisons, venue recommendations (tours not included), ceremony & reception coordination, set up, and break down, day-of coordination, timeline creation, and decor assistance if needed.

    Stephanie and the team at Glitter & Gleam were an absolute joy to work with for our wedding. From the start, their communication style was direct, easy to reach, and focused on understanding our unique needs and vision. The quality of their work was truly amazing, exceeding our expectations in so many ways. When our catering company went rogue at times, Stephanie kept them laser-focused on delivering exactly what we wanted. She ensured the spotlight stayed on our personal wishes for the wedding, not a generic, cookie-cutter approach. Stephanie was hands-on throughout, helping with catering, the venue walkthrough, picking up flowers, and ensuring everything went smoothly on the wedding day.
