My passion for making dreams come true started in 2017 when I entered the floral industry fresh out of college. During my seven year career as a floral designer, I was given an opportunity to try out event coordination at a company in Greensboro. After being thrust into the event world, I very quickly realized that my personable disposition, intuitive nature, and ability to make important decisions in a timely and professional manner gave me an excellent skill set for the wedding planning industry. Now with years of experience under my belt, I'm excited to own and operate my own wedding business in the Outer Banks!

From Coast to Toast Events was founded with the belief that everyone deserves a personalized and joyful wedding planning experience. My vision is to collaborate with clients to create unique and innovative weddings, loving and supporting them to the best of my ability along the way.

Description

I will be your co-pilot throughout the entire planning process. I'm procuring vendors, negotiating contracts, tracking your budget, designing the event, plus providing all coordination and day-of services. I've got your back from start to finish.

This package is ideal for the couple whom are comfortable planning the majority of their day and desire someone to manage the logistics of their wedding. I offer some additional support with either design, budget, or a little bit of both. I'll also take care of running your rehearsal and manage the event day-of!

For the dreamy duo who have planning their special day under control and desire event management support for the big day. I offer my professional expertise along the way and execute your event according to your plans on your special day! On the day of the wedding, I'm checking in and directing your vendors, I'm managing mishaps and directing your event so you can focus on sipping champagne and enjoying the day you've been patiently waiting for!

    Jennifer was the Day-Of-Coordinator for our wedding day! But even before our wedding day, she was incredible to work with from the start (booking) to finish (wedding day)! You can tell by the quality of her work and by the way she goes about her business that she both 1) truly cares about her clients and 2) truly loves what she does! Throughout the planning process Jennifer was flexible and attentive, working with us to a create a vision board to ensure our vision of the day and florals would come to life! Throughout the planning process, Jennifer was very responsive to emails and video calls, never letting 24 hours go by without hearing back which put us at ease! She truly listened to our vision for the day, and she absolutely delivered and helped to make our dream day come to life. The florals Jennifer put together (bouquets, cross arrangement, table arrangements, and a stunning hanging display to name a few!) were absolutely breath-taking and beautiful, better than anything I could have imagined! Not only that, Jennifer was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was extremely kind, caring, and authentic as she helped to coordinate the wedding. She communicated seamlessly with vendors and put out all the fires that came her way, and there were a few!! But she did so in a way that reflected professionally on her business and us as her clients. If it was not for Jennifer, I truly believe we would have had so many disasters on our wedding day, but she truly was the glue holding everything together and keeping everything running smoothly!! The most sweet part was that I was truly unaware of most of the mishaps until after-the-fact because Jennifer handled everything so well, and always came up to me with a smile, a thumbs up, and left with a wink! She put out all the fires that came her way and did it with such grace, kindness, and professionalism! I would 1000% recommend From Coast to Toast Wedding Coordination and Jennifer’s services to anyone having a wedding in the Kitty Hawk/Nags Head/Coastal area. You will not be disappointed. Our wedding probably would have been a disaster if it wasn't for Jennifer! And not only that, sh created BEAUTIFUL floral arrangements, installations, bouquets, and boutonnières for us that made everything look so beautiful. We can't Jennifer enough for all that she did for us! #1 Vendor! Thank you, Jennifer, from the bottom of our hearts! If I could, I would give From Coast to Toast a 20/10 review!!

    I assisted Jennifer Diane with set up and day of coordination for wedding back in 2024. We were the only two people from the company on site for the day but all aspects of the wedding were handled in a discreet and timely manner. Jennifer Diane did all florals on her own in addition to making sure the bridal party had what they needed. I helped set up reception tables and did whatever else I was told. There were a few setbacks from the day that we would have never seen coming, as happens with wedding days usually. Though we weren’t provided enough cheese cloths for the tables, you would have never known due to the creative thinking of the team and the beautiful set up of the reception. Catering also delivered the bridal party’s lunch to the wrong place but Jennifer Diane used her interpersonal skills, kind demeanor and confident authority to make sure no bridesmaid, nor groomsman walked down the aisle hungry. While the DJ worked out sound issues at this outdoor vendor, Jennifer Diane kept the bridal party in place and ready to go while also communicating with attendees in a calm and professional manner. Though any wedding day has its hiccups, Jennifer Diane is the one to handle those hiccups and allow brides and grooms to enjoy their day with little stress over the little things. Jennifer Diane is a joy to be around and even though I was working, I had a fun day - and I know the bride and groom did too! I’d work with Jennifer Diane again in a heartbeat and I recommend you do too!

    I was assistant coordinator working directly under Jennifer many times. Working with her makes everything SO easy! She is always professional, calm, kind, and went above and beyond for every single wedding she was coordinating. She was consistently organized and punctual; she always seemed to think one step ahead and included details no one else would think of. I learned so much about coordinating under her! She knows how to keep everyone smiling while making the wedding as magical as possible. I am very impressed with Jennifer’s leadership, interpersonal, and coordination skills. Every single bride was thrilled with Jennifer’s service, and anyone would be lucky to book her as a coordinator!
