Description

Full Service Planning is exactly that. You are purchasing a team of professionals that will take care of everything that needs to be done to make your special day as close to perfection as we can get it. Venue, Menu, Entertainment, Photography, Invites, Favors, Rehearsals, Dinners, Brunches, Decor, Florals, Lighting, Ethnic/Cultural Requirements, Staff, Limos, Hotel Blocks, RSVP's Table Seating, Escort Cards, and more.

Event Design is a complex category on its own because it includes designing the space getting the vendors/ materials and supervising the final install and teardown. It requires a lot of man hours and most costs are at wholesale levels and are passed on without markups. $1250 is a beginning quote applicable for most weddings. All decor and designs $10K and under decors fall under minimum.

Day of Coordination is a flat rate but only gives you a 30 day lead time where we will go over all of your vendors, their responsibilities and what you are expecting of them. We'll also create a detailed timeline from which I'll create a full script that will be distributed to all vendors the last week detailing a minute by minute breakdown and all names and announcements to be made. Day or begins at set up and vendor check in till B/G depart.
