Beginning six months out, I’ll help you translate your love story into an affair that’s aesthetically stunning and true to you. This includes creating custom mood boards, securing the best vendors for your vision, turning multiple moving parts into one spectacular experience. It’s my job to ensure everything comes together flawlessly—from setup and styling to timeline and toasts—while you kick back and cut a rug with your favorite people.

You’ve booked all of your vendors and planned your day on your own—but you need a wedding-coordination expert to oversee the details on the day-of. I’ll step in to manage logistics and iron out the details that define your dream day. From your epic walk down the aisle to your celebratory sendoff—I’ll make sure every moment comes to life exactly as you’d envisioned. Your only job?     Look no further! Events With Ambiance is hands down the BEST wedding planner. I am so happy I found her and decided to work with her for my wedding, which took place in October 2024. She truly transformed my wedding experience into a dream come true. I'll admit I was not like most brides in that I did not want to make a huge fuss over planning all of the nitty-gritty details of my wedding. From our very first meeting, Amber understood how I felt about planning my wedding and was more than willing and happy to offer her expertise on how best to make my wedding day a reality. I started working with Amber about 5-6 months before my October wedding (I know, not like most brides). However, my shorter timeline did not pose a challenge for Amber. Her professionalism and exceptional organizational skills were evident from the start. I loved how she provided me with a personalized timeline during the remaining months of my planning process. She also connected me with a few of her trusted vendors she has worked with during previous weddings. However, she also did a fantastic job working with the vendors that I found on my own. She made the entire planning process seamless and enjoyable, allowing me to focus on the excitement of my upcoming wedding rather than the stress of logistics. She listened attentively to my ideas and preferences, providing thoughtful suggestions that enhanced our plans without overshadowing our wishes. On the day of the wedding, I felt completely at ease, knowing that Amber was in charge. I didn't have to worry about anything! She handled every detail gracefully and efficiently, allowing my husband and I to fully enjoy our special day without worrying about anything going wrong. Did I mention that she managed to accomplish all of this while battling the traffic and street closures as a result of the Chicago marathon? She wasn't fazed at all! The true litmus test is this -- if I had to do my wedding day all over again, would I choose Events With Ambiance as my wedding planner? The answer is a resounding "YES!"     Amber was an absolute DREAM as our wedding coordinator!
