We were in contact with BP via telephone and text/email prior to meeting anyone in-person and even then, BP was avidly engaged, always asking questions, and fully dedicated to making our wedding a one-of-a-kind and unforgettable experience. Weddings can be stressful, to say the least, but BP handled everything, and I mean EVERYTHING in order to make our wedding a smooth and beautiful experience. BP exceeded our expectations beyond everything imaginable to ensure that everything went off without a single hitch. And it so very much did! His genuine care, concern, and attention to every minute detail is just something that seems intrinsic within him and the joy that he possesses for the events themselves is palpable and contagious. BP was born to party and also to plan and execute said party as well.

BP went above and beyond for our event. He paid very close attention to detail and had a solution for every one of our ideas. He took the time to make sure we were comfortable with the plan and executed flawlessly. He noticed we were missing minor details (a sign for our guestbook) and he made us one without asking which was so appreciated! As someone with a type A personality, BP was a DREAM to work with. I hope we return to Vegas in need of a party to plan because he will be the one we call.

Can‘t say enough wonderful things about BP and how he helped make our wedding day special. From the start, his warm and caring nature put us at ease, and we knew we were in great hands. Even with the challenges of planning a wedding during the pandemic, BP ensured we felt safe and comfortable, allowing us to fully enjoy our special day. BP went above and beyond in so many ways. He surprised us with a free car detail, which was such a thoughtful touch, and the little gifts he gave us made everything feel even more special. When we arrived at the Waldorf, the reception felt so welcoming and homely, thanks to BP. It genuinely felt like we were being welcomed by family. We are so grateful for everything he did to make our wedding day perfect. If you’re looking for an event coordinator who truly cares and will go the extra mile, BP is the one.
