Shelly is a luxury award-winning wedding photographer who has photographed events all over the country and internationally. She focuses on the details, emotions, and the environment on the wedding day. Shelly's theory is; "the flowers will wilt, the invitations will be thrown away, and the cake will be eaten.....but the photographs will be how you remember and are brought back to that day. Photographs evoke an emotion in your when you look back on them. When you see a photo of your maid of honor laughing during the speech, or your parents tearing up during the vows....you will remember exactly how you felt that day."

Shelly has been photographing weddings for over ten years. She shoots film and digital. She has been published in most major wedding magazines and blogs, and have photographed weddings in 10 states and 4 countries.

We couldn't be happier with our wedding photography experience with Shelly! From the moment we met her, she made us feel completely at ease in front of the camera. We got to do engagement pictures with her which allowed us to get to know one and other and her style. Her creative direction really helped us make the most of our time, and we adored the photos from our session! Her warm and calming energy truly enhanced both our engagement session and our special day, allowing us to focus on the love and joy we felt. Shelly captured every moment beautifully, showcasing not just our love, but also the happiness of our family and friends. The photos are stunning and perfectly reflect the spirit of the day. Shelly has been a longtime friendor (friend + vendor) to us over at Nicole George Event Planning + Design.
