Lindsay Stayton began her career in the photography industry in 2008. Her first gig was photographing The Worlds Largest Music Festival, Summerfest. In 2010, Lindsay was asked to photographed her first wedding after a couple stated "If you can photograph Flava Flave, then you can most definitely photograph our wedding!" Most couples have requested Lindsay to continue capturing life’s candid moments for their growing families, which led to her tag line: “Your Family Historian”. Lindsay has a distinct and unique style which captures real human emotion and candid moments.

During your wedding, I am your paparazzi (without all the annoying cat calls and flash). I am there to capture your natural moments and provide prompts and suggestions when needed. That way, you get to see the little moments and subtleties that are usually missed. My experience being part of weddings has gone back over ten years (boy, it has gone by in a flash). From assisting wedding planning in Chicago, to opening up Anodyne Coffee Roasting Company's event and wedding venue in Downtown Milwaukee, I have seen it all.

    Having Lindsay as our photographer was the best wedding vendor choice we made! My husband and are are shy in front of a camera. We did not have a vision of posing for lots of portraits or having an intimate/romantic photos taken. I would say that we are goofy introverts and Lindsay was the extrovert so we didn't have to worry :) Yes, she did give direction when needed, and captured our 'must have' photos, but for the most part she floated around the venue and guests to capture all the candid moments. People hugging, laughing, dancing and over all enjoying themselves. Which is exactly what we wanted! Thank you Lindsay! You are very good at what you do and we always brag about you whenever we get a chance.

    We absolutely loved Lindsay! She was super helpful even during our first phone call advising us to go with our instincts and asked questions we hadn’t even thought of yet. We picked her because we felt a connection instantly. Both our engagement session and the wedding was made infinitely more fun with her guidance and creativity.

    Lindsay was so much fun to work with. Our wedding went through a lot of changes with the pandemic and it was so nice to have a calming, reassuring, professional, friendly, amazing photographer to work with. And then we got the photos! INCREDIBLE! We will treasure these forever.
