Kristen's Captures is a wedding and portrait photography company based in Coventry, RI. From your first consultation to your last pose, I will ensure that you have everything you need to look and feel your best in front of the camera. After getting my first camera from my mother, I immediately fell in love with the art of photography. Throughout my career, I have worked with an array of clients for all sorts of milestone moments. I know that each client is different, and am ready to document your candid, unscripted moments in a way that matches your style and aesthetic.
I have a love and passion for what I do. I understand how uncomfortable it can be on the other side of the lens; and because of that, I aim to provide a comfortable and relaxing experience! Your special day should be one where you can focus on each other and the commitment you are making to one another. That is why I offer planning assistance and guidance leading up to your wedding so all your boxes are checked! I provide a fun and collaborative environment while photographing so I can capture your real smiles and your true love!

Beautiful pictures
Kristen took beautiful pictures at my outdoor wedding. She captured the sunset in the background, and some photos with my husband and his son and I, which was not easy since my husband's son was 2 at the time.
Best photographer!!
My husband and I have done many shoots with Kristen, and I have to say… I would never look for better because you will NOT find it. She is an amazing photographer. We did our engagement shoots and wedding photos with her and she is so passionate about what she does and produces the most beautiful photos. Kristen also just has an amazing personality. Very sweet and caring, she knows how to make any occasion feel so special! My husband and I are very awkward people but no photos seem forced or awkward. She walks you through every step. Would recommend Kristen to any and everybody!

Kristen's Captures was an absolute pleasure to work with on our wedding day. Kristen was professional, not pushy, and had a relaxed demeanor that put us at ease throughout the entire process. The quality of her work was absolute perfection! Kristen photographed our wedding day and was able to capture every special moment, even when our timeline was disrupted due to delays from our caterer and band. Despite the challenges, Kristen stayed late, going above and beyond to ensure she captured all the important moments we wanted to remember from the best day of our lives. The final photos were stunning and delivered to us in less than two weeks. We are so grateful to Kristen and her team for their incredible service and dedication to making our wedding day so special.

It’s only been 2 days since the wedding but I NEED the Zola world to know how perfect of a photographer Kristen was. She is the sweetest person. She really cares about her clients. She is truly a lovely photographer and will do what she needs to get the shot. She was so fun to work with as her clients and she also was easy going with the other vendors like the videographer. We WILL be using her for our other photography needs.
