Captured by Marcela is a Colorado Elopement Photographer. She helps couples design the elopement day of their dreams, by kicking obligations to the curb, and crafting a unique, intimate experience. She is all about the real love stuff - the playful laughter, the booty grabs, the tender embrace, the vulnerability, the soulful moments, and the sweet nothings that define your love.

    When I tell you it doesn’t get better than this… Marcela was absolutely incredible. We traveled to CO just for our elopement and Marcela was the main character of the dream team. Her location options, tips & tricks, general hype for us, and pure talent exceeded expectations! We decided to get married just the two of us and I think what I loved the most is Marcela was a natural fit in that vision. She was so intentional about making the day special and it felt truly like a close friend spending the day with us. Our photos are EPIC and belong in a museum. If you’re on the hunt for a photographer, book Marcela. Just do it, you will never doubt your decision. Because of her, we can relive our day whenever we want. Forever grateful

    We cannot recommend Marcela enough!! She was our photographer and event planner extraordinaire for our elopement in Colorado in August this year after Covid delayed our original wedding plans. I never thought I wanted to elope as I thought it would be settling in some way but now I can't recommend it enough. We have the best most perfect day ever and it was in large part thanks to Marcela!! She helped us to find the perfect location and was totally game to get up in the middle of the night and hike up a mountain with us when we wanted to do a hiking elopement. She also worked with us to come up with an alternate plan when the weather on our original day was less than ideal. She had everything organized for us, made the day go smoothly and was wonderful to hang out with, keeping us relaxed and having fun while also being the ultimate hype woman. We are IN LOVE with our photos, they are just incredible. I have looked at them a million times since she sent them through and they are just perfect. She helped us capture such stunning, natural memories of the day and our friends and family are also blown away by them. I cannot recommend Marcela enough to anyone looking for a photographer. I also highly recommend you book at least 8 hours. We didn't think we needed it and weren't sure what we were going to do for all that time but followed her advice and I am so glad we did. The day just flew by and I think any less time and we would have felt so rushed. Absolutely book her, you won't regret it!!
