    Julia is a wonderful makeup artist. She clearly focuses on elegance and sophistication, which was the perfect match to my vision. I was so nervous the day of my wedding but I found her applying my makeup to be very relaxing and calmed me down. All of my family looked great as well!

    Julia was just a dream to work with for my wedding. I wanted to look and feel special for my wedding, but as someone who keeps it pretty simple on a day-to-day basis I was nervous that getting my makeup done would mean that I wouldn't look like "me." Julia did an amazing job blending the “natural” with being a bit more glam/polished than my usual routine. During our trial, Julia did a great job listening and creating something that felt just right. She really celebrates your natural beauty and just enhances it for the day. The products she used were so high quality and lasted all day long--even in high summer humidity! I can’t say enough good things. She’s warm and easy to talk to and good person to have around during the crazy morning of your day. Thank you Julia!!

    I've worked with Julia on styled shoots and on wedding days, and she is an absolute pro no matter where she is or what look is requested. I think the biggest challenge many makeup artists face is how to highlight natural features in a truly natural-looking way, but Julia is fantastic at this! If you wear makeup all the time, she can glam you with the best of them, but if you're someone who never wears makeup - never fear! She is amazing at making sure you look like the most radiant version of yourself without overdoing the application, and she is so kind and always open and responsive to feedback. She not only will make you look incredible, she will have all the little details under control so you can just relax and totally enjoy your wedding day.
