I’m a licensed cosmetologist from Indianapolis who loves lace, peonies, dark chocolate, and love stories. I have been styling hair for weddings, proms, formals, and more since 2008. A few of my styling specialties are braids and working with natural curls, but my favorite part of this job is turning your vision into reality and customizing your inspiration pictures to fit your hair type and personal style.

I am truly a formal hairstyling specialist. I exclusively style hair for formal events and all of my advanced training is in formal styling. My philosophy has always been rooted in the idea that your hair should fit you as an individual. If there’s one day to style yourself exactly as you want, it’s your wedding. I know what it’s like to leave a salon feeling that the hair is pretty, but just not you. That’s why every bridal style includes a trial, and any other style can have a trial added. I’ll help you find a style that makes you feel like the most radiant version of you – while still looking and feeling like yourself.

Bridal Style

Price$300

Description

Bridal hairstyle ($300 if booked with a wedding party group; $375 for a bridal style alone) completed on the wedding day plus one bridal trial completed 1-3 months before the wedding day at my salon in Fishers, IN

Bridal Party Member Style

Price$130

Description

Any formal style. Applies to all adult bridal party members and mothers or grandmothers. For groups of 3+ people being styled in addition to the bride, a $20 discount per adult hairstyle will be applied.

On wedding days, I come to you! I work on-location at homes, hotels, and event venues to style your hair on site. I offer bridal trials (included with every bridal style) on Fridays and Sundays at Ciao Bella Salon at 14085 Mundy Drive in Fishers, IN.

Please have clean, dry hair at the time of your appointment. If you have naturally curly hair, please consult with me about how you should prep your hair to best achieve the style you envision. There is also an extra charge for me to blow dry hair for anyone who arrives with wet hair to an appointment.

I only offer hairstyling services, but I have experience working with several Indianapolis makeup artists and would be happy to make recommendations.

Yes! For groups of three or more, I travel within 15 miles of downtown Indianapolis at no additional cost, and I also travel anywhere within Hamilton County (Fishers, Noblesville, Carmel, Westfield) at no additional cost. If your event will take place beyond the "no cost travel zone," a one-time travel charge will be added based on the mileage/travel time required.

I require a completed, signed contract and a deposit of 25% of the total cost of services booked for the wedding day to reserve your date.

I booked Laura for my 10/12 wedding and she was absolutely amazing to work with! I am so lucky I booked with her almost 18 months in advance because she is truly the best wedding hairstylist out there. I felt so comfortable with her and appreciated that she takes the time to schedule a hair trial for the bride because it allowed me to visualize my wedding day look. Laura was one of my favorite vendors to work with! From intial inquiry to day of, she provided outstanding service. For my hair trial she was able to run through 4 hair options in 1.5 hours, which just goes to show how efficient she is! The day of, not only did she complete 12 girls hair, but she did it in a timely manner to the point where we ended ahead of schedule! All my girls loved their hair, and every hair style lasted the entire night. I cannot recommend Laura enough!

Laura was an absolute joy to work with! She has an incredible talent for bringing Pinterest hair visions to life. Her work is second to none—I loved my wedding day hair and my bridesmaids all looked stunning! Laura is also an exceptional communicator. In addition, she allowed me to trial three different styles so I could choose exactly what I wanted for our wedding day. I couldn’t be happier with the results!

Laura is absolute perfection! I can not give her enough praise! I wanted a very specific look, queue soft Hollywood waves with my hair tucked behind my ears, and she brought my vision to life. But even better!! Laura talked me through options for my hair type, getting extensions and even helped create the perfect artistic vision with adding pearls!! Laura also was able to work with so many hair types which could not have been more important to me and my girls. My youngest sister has stick straight hair that we’ve NEVER been able to curl and Laura gave her more body and flip in her hair than they had in the 60’s! I’ve never seen my sister so happy and thrilled with how her hair was styled! Laura also was incredible styling my best friend and future sisters in law as they all have naturally curly and textured hair. They all wear it differently but Laura was happy to talk through their vision and how they wanted to look and feel. And let me tell you… she knocked it out of the park! Laura was warm, attentive and flexible. She kept us on schedule and worked closely with my planner and makeup artist to ensure the whole day smoothly. I did not stress for one moment. I knew I was in the best hands and she helped me have the best day ever!! And the curl never fell, despite all the dancing and celebrations!! Thank you Laura!! You were a dream come true!
