My passion for floral design began over twenty years ago in a greenhouse in a small Michigan town, traveled through the mountains of Colorado and Arizona, to the beaches of Southern California, settling in Washington, DC. Education in graphic design has helped to sharpen my attention to detail and given me an eye for color and composition.

I find inspiration from all growing things, in the beauty and texture of flowers, fruits, herbs, and foliage. I’m fascinated with color and delight in combining the unexpected, foraging for the new and unusual, finding grasses, branches, or berries on a walk with my daughter, and dreaming of ways I can use them in my next design. I love all things lush, vintage, organic, and natural. I enjoy spending personal time with each of my clients, getting to know them and their vision, and bringing it to life with flowers.

From start to finish, working with Jolie was a breeze. She put together a custom plan with different options, all based on what we wanted and our budget. Jolie and her team were absolutely fabulous! Jolie was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. She absolutely understood the particular vision we had in a way no other florist we talked to did, and she responded with unique creative ideas, with multiple options at different price points for every element for us to select from.
