Save The Date Florida

Save the Date Florida is a wedding/event floral design company. Tropical is our absolute favorite and what we are known for in the Tampa Bay Area, but we love designing for all themes! We customize a quote for each bride because no two weddings are alike.

We really take time and care to work through the planning process with our brides. When it comes to the day of your event, we will not leave until every detail is covered. We have built strong relationships with many of the vendors in the Tampa and surrounding areas and work well together as a team.

I truly can’t recommend Danielle of Save the Date Florals enough! From start to finish, she was an absolute dream to work with. I changed my floral needs and arrangements several times throughout the planning process, and Danielle was so patient, flexible, and accommodating every step of the way. On the wedding day, the flowers were stunning. We received so many compliments on everything—from the bouquets to the arrangements to the large installations. She and her team even moved floral pieces from our church ceremony to our reception at the Cuban Club seamlessly- I seriously didn’t even notice that htey had moved until they were at the reception. Danielle also went above in terms of being accomodating to my overly particular wish list. I had been collecting specialty vases and votives throughout our engagement, and she was so helpful in coordinating drop-off times and incorporating everything beautifully into the design. Her attention to detail and willingness to work with our vision made such a difference. I also really appreicated how TRANSPARENT and FAIR Danielle was with pricing. That was one of my biggest concerns when looking into florists, and she was incredibly clear about what everything would cost, where we could scale up or back, and how to make the most of our budget. I honestly can’t imagine having had a better experience with a florist. Danielle is not only incredibly talented, but also kind, responsive, and a joy to work with!

Save the Date FL is the wedding florist NOT TO BE MISSED. She nailed my vision of peonies, hydrangeas, greenery and spray roses for our New Years Eve Eve wedding. When I was planning my wedding I knew I wanted real flower and also that they were not going to be "affordable." When I was looking at florists, i received quotes from three organizations and they were well and above what I wanted to pay for the vision I had in mind. I was honest with Danielle about my budget - and not only did she provide exactly what I wanted, she did so within my budget. On wedding day, she dropped our bridal party bouquets at our hotel and then was in and out for our ceremony set up/break down. Here's your sign - hire her, immediately.
