Cooking with the seasons and aiming to source 100% of the food from local farms and vendors, we curate menus that honor the origins of the food and hone the creativity of our chefs. We enjoy the challenge of adapting to the atmospheres of all different types of events, such as weddings, music festivals, farm dinners, parties, graduations, fundraisers, and more. Nearly 100% of our produce and over 90% of our meat, dairy & grain are sourced from local farms.

    As an event planner, I have had the absolute pleasure of working with Wheelhouse Catering on many occasions. I have also been lucky enough to experience their service as a client! Wheelhouse is dedicated, professional and relentless in their commitment to a seamless and personal guest experience. The incredible food speaks for itself but, their staff and attention to detail is really what makes the experience exceptional. From a professional perspective, working with the Wheelhouse team is a dream! There is consistent and easy communication, along with an unrivaled work ethic. From a client perspective, you feel heard and well taken care of. It is without hesitation that I recommend Wheelhouse as one of the top catering teams in our area, and when my clients hire them, I can breathe a bit easier knowing we are all in great hands!

    We hired Wheelhouse to cater and bartend our wedding in late July 2019, and we absolutely could not have been happier!! We are still getting compliments about how delicious the food was, and it pushed an already wonderful day over the top. Our wedding was at the Montague Retreat Center in the Pioneer Valley, and we wanted to make sure everything we did was as local as possible. Wheelhouse fit the bill exactly. All the food is locally, organically grown. Because it is so local, what is available can vary from season to season. Unfortunately, this meant that we weren’t able to taste the food before we booked them, since we were planning a summer wedding in the middle of winter. In the end, it didn’t matter -- the food was phenomenal and incredibly fresh. Our menu was vegetarian, but not one of our meat-loving guests walked away disappointed. We also have to compliment Wheelhouse on making everything so easy. Jake and Stephanie were a pleasure to work with -- they helped us pick out seasonal great menu choices that would suit our dietary needs, and on our wedding day the entire staff was kind and professional. We had them design a custom cocktail for us (delicious), and design our menu (beautiful), and we’re so glad we did. Really, we just can’t recommend Wheelhouse enough.
