Debra did such a beautiful job capturing the vision we had for our wedding day. From the conversations and the inspiration pictures that were shown, she did a wonderful job at reading my mind and executed exactly as how I pictured it. We are so grateful for all she did and couldn’t have been happier. When it was time to drop off the bouquet she went up to the room I was staying at and delivered it herself. It’s the little things that mean the most and I am so happy that we chose Tulips to work with us. Thank you for everything!!!
