Hi! I am so glad you are here! :) We are a full service florist out of Northern Rhode Island offering both fresh flowers and silk and real touch flowers for weddings and special events. My team and I offer full service floral set-up, delivery, tons of rental items, and pick-up options available. I am a privately owned florist with over 19 years of professional floral experience in the wedding and bridal industry. I work with both fresh flowers and silk and real touch flowers to work within ANY budget. We do not have a minimum, which is a huge plus for the client! Use Caution
I was disappointed with the service from Brittany's Floral Design for my wedding. There was very little communication until the last minute, which caused a lot of stress leading up to the big day. While the bouquets they provided were beautiful, the tablescapes they set up were lacking and not as impressive as I had hoped. I also had to be very careful to read the fine print in their contract, as I was caught unaware by some of the rental requirements that involved us packing them up at the end of the night and needing to deliver them to her the next day. Overall, the florals were nice but the experience with this vendor was less than ideal.

We had a very thorough consultation when we first started to discuss your wedding, followed by a very detailed breakdown of the items you ordered and rented. Everything was agreed to at that time. Leading up to the wedding there was little doubt on what we agreed to, but I wanted to ensure everything was clear about my rentals and how you were getting these back to me. I recall that you wanted to change our agreement at this time, but because I held these items specifically for your wedding I was unable to honor that request. If the questions on the rentals are what caused your stress, I do apologize as that was not my intent. As a small business owner I need to ensure I have a clear understanding with my clients on what my obligations are and what your obligations are. In this case, it's your responsibility to ensure everything that I rented to you was kept in good condition and returned to me in the same condition. We talked about this during our original phone consult. Lastly, your comments on the tablescapes don't align with our brief conversation we had the day of your wedding - where you and your guests loved the setup. I understand you are disappointed, and I'm sorry you felt this way, but in my opinion I provided what was expected. As you can see, I have all stellar 5 star reviews and this 2 star is upsetting and very surprising.Beautiful flowers!
Brittany's Floral Design was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. She was easy to communicate with throughout the planning process, coordinating with us over calls, emails, and texts. The flowers Brittany provided were absolutely beautiful - even more stunning than we had imagined. The bouquet, centerpieces, and ceremony decor were classic and elegant, perfectly complementing the overall style of our wedding day. Brittany made the floral planning process easy and seamless, and the end result was simply gorgeous. We couldn't have been happier with the quality of her work and the value she provided. Brittany knocked our wedding florals out of the park! From the very start she was so easy to work with - meeting us over the phone because we are not local to CT to get a sense of our fall wedding vision. She took such good care to incorporate all of the details we wanted, from the simpler greenery on our sweetheart table to the intricate bridal bouquets and centerpieces, everything exceeded our expectations AND met our budget. Brittany's Floral Design was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding flowers. Her communication style was easy, professional, and clear every step of the way. The quality and value of their floral arrangements was exceptional and beautiful - exactly what I envisioned for our special day.
