Shelley Spencer founder of Where The Magic Begins has been planning weddings and events for 29 years. She has worked in the design business and her excellent organizational skills have enhanced her expertise in preparation and management of events. After planning a company Gala for the design firm, she was working for in Dallas, Texas, she decided that event planning was her passion. She has planned events for Julian Lennon, Pat Boone and Phil Collins.
Works with high end silks and dry flowers. Offer a line of styles and price ranges, We work with your ideas. Tell us your dream and our designers can make it happen. From garden weddings to ballroom glam. Beach or mountain weddings we can design florals to give your event a WOW experience.
