An islander and artist with a passion for flowers, Jamie Rose pursued a formal education in wedding floral design and founded La Bella Rose in 2007. She enjoys working closely with couples to understand their personal style and vision. Whether they desire a natural wildflower look, luscious classic designs or wish to add an artistic flare, she is prepared to bring their dreams to reality!

Creating designs expressive of each couple's personal vision while applying an educated understanding of color, form and technique sets floral designs by La Bella Rose apart as fresh, professional and exquisitely beautiful! Jamie is committed to using the freshest flowers, sourcing from local farms as well as national and international markets. As an islander, she enjoys a personal rapport with hosts and planners. Her professional staff assists with large events as she attends to all floral details of the wedding day. Over the years La Bella Rose has provided beautiful floral designs to hundreds of gratified couples.

    We worked with Jamie for our September 2022 wedding at the Rose Farm Inn on Block Island, and can say it was a true pleasure to work with her from start to finish! We gave Jamie some loose inspiration of for our wedding florals, and although it was a little different than some of the styles she'd worked on in the past, she exceeded our expectations and delivered beautiful work! We loved everything from the bridal bouquet, bridesmaid bouquets, centerpieces, floral sprays for the arch, to the greenery on the tent poles - Jamie is truly an artist with a special touch! Thank you Jamie for our beautiful wedding florals, and for your courtesy and professionalism throughout the entire process. Highly recommend!

    Jamie did the MOST amazing job on my wedding flowers. WOW is an understatement to the amazing job she did. She was booked last minute (4 months leading to wedding due to a previous florist cancelling). She is incredibly thorough, patient, and organized. She took my idea which was different than traditional bridal flowers and made it something out of a dream. I felt like I was in the tropics while standing at the alter under her beautiful arch. My bouquet, the bridesmaid bouquet and flower girls were so beautiful. She took my dream and it made even nicer than I could imagine. Now to the centerpieces, she designed the most amazing, beautiful high and low top centerpieces that were beautiful designs of orchids, lillys, and monstera and palm leaves. Jamie truly made my wedding the most beautiful day ever and truly WOWED everyone who was there. There are not enough nice things I can say about her, if you want the most beautiful, magical day, BOOK JAMIE!!

    Cannot say enough good things about how amazing it was to work with Jamie and La Bella Rose for my wedding in Block Island last October. She created absolutely STUNNING designs that were exactly what I dreamed of and more. She was also extremely knowledge, kind, patient, and handled all kinds of last minute requests even up to a few weeks before the wedding with our designs that I procrastinated on. Run don't walk to give her a call!

    Gorgeous flowers and easy to work with for our last minute August 2020 microwedding! Jamie listened to the ideas my mom and I had and totally over-delivered! We used the arrangements again the following day for an after party with friends, and everything was still just as pretty. Thank you for everything!
