As a husband and wife duo, and with a shared background in our Egyptian culture, we wanted to create a food experience that highlights the best of this region's flavors, the Middle East, specifically Egypt using our families recipes. Everything on our menu is made in house, in small batches. You have the flexibility of customizing your own menu -- making sure your guests will rave about the food!

At The Falafel Factory, we have a unique approach to blending authenticity, creativity, and personalized service. Our focus on high-quality ingredients and a diverse menu from Mediterranean to fusion flavors, ensures that every dish is a memorable experience. We don't just cater to tastes; we craft culinary experiences that reflect the essence of our clients' vision, whether it's a small intimate wedding or a large wedding.

Exceptional Mediterranean Wedding Catering Experience! We hired The Falafel Factory for our wedding, and we couldn’t have been more thrilled with the results! From the very first consultation, they made us feel confident that they understood our vision and dietary preferences. We love that they offer buffet style service but still bring their food truck so the food is constantly being replenished. Mediterranean-inspired menu was a huge hit with our guests, and we received so many compliments on the food & the display. Miriam truly goes out of her way with adding floral, and adding an elegant touch. We opted for a mix of appetizers, main courses, and desserts, and everything was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend them!

The Falafel Factory was an exceptional wedding caterer for our special day. Their communication was straightforward , effective and efficient throughout the planning process. The quality of their work and value was exceptional - the food they prepared was all made from scratch with fresh ingredients, and all of our guests raved about how delicious it was. They were easy to work with and always available whenever I had any concerns or questions. I was able to simply enjoy my wedding day thanks to their professionalism and attentive service. As a wedding planner, I’ve worked with all kinds of catering companies, and let me tell you—this Falafel vendor was one of the best I’ve ever partnered with! If you’re wondering if they’re worth it, let me just say: 100% YES. Many caterers need a bit of hand-holding, but not these folks. From start to finish, they were professional, thorough, and an absolute breeze to work with. Behind the scenes, where I see both the good and the bad, it was so refreshing to have a team that knew exactly what they were doing. They handled load-in, setup, and load-out seamlessly and without a single hiccup. They didn’t need me hovering or checking in; they had it all covered, allowing me to focus on other aspects of the wedding day for my clients. With some food trucks, you never know how they’ll handle an event setting, but this team was flawless. They were organized, prepared, and just so easy to work with. Not going to lie, there was another catering vendor on site, but I preferred working with Falafel SO much more! And the food? Delicious. It was such a hit that it was the first to run out—guests couldn’t get enough! Trust me, from someone who lives in the details and sees what goes on behind the scenes, only a few vendors rise to this level of excellence. This falafel catering team is top-notch. Don’t hesitate—HIRE THEM!
