Hello Everyone, my name is Diana Stallworth and I am a budget friendly Month of Coordinator located in Austin, Tx. For coordination I offer : 1 Venue visit Timeline Creation Wedding Rehearsal 1 Coordinator for 12 hours Event Day management & oversight Help with placement of personal decor Point of contact for vendors, wedding party, family etc Event communication & cues Assistance with cards & gifts Preparation of grand exit Supervision and assistance of tear down & clean up process I have 80 staff members all across Texas that are licensed & insured and are ready to make your next event a success.

My team & I work well with others and we thrive in a fast paced environment. All staff is highly trained, works well under pressure, understands time management and treats everything with a sense of urgency. I’m a problem solver, quick learner, highly dedicated and loyal to my clients and I can bring creativity to your next event.

    Stallworth Bartending & Event Services was an excellent choice for our party. Their communication was prompt and courteous throughout the planning process, and their work on the day of was dependable and of the highest quality. The bartender and helpers they sent were knowledgeable, pleasant, and super helpful - they jumped right in to assist with setup, serving during the party, and clean-up afterwards. I have used Stallworth's services more than once and will absolutely use them again for any future events. They were invaluable in making our special day a success.
