Encore Catering and Culinary Services is a full-service customer centric catering company spiralizing in elevated traditional fare. Our focus is on the customer experience from beginning to end. This incorporates buffet design, presentation, scratch cooking, fresh ingredients, and a love for entertaining. It is our partnership with our employees that has proven to be the path to success. Investing in a core group of talented employees who are the foundation of our progress. We loved working with Encore. We ended up going for two tastings to make sure we got the menu we liked since we were not a fan of the original items we picked out. We ended up picking three different meals and each was pretty delicious! I did get some compliments on the meal, especially the desert cups. I couldn't believe how much Encore helped out the day of the wedding. I don't know how typical it is but they seemed to be helping the venue out whenever they could. The only issues were the communication was a little difficult as they were doing some employee transitioning about a month or two before the wedding. This caused some confusion on the cost and numbers. Although it was a little stressful, Encore worked to help us get it all figured out in time.

Kimberly and her team at Encore Catering were wonderful. We contacted her late in the process after other caterers fell through. She quickly came up with unique food stations that exactly matched what we wanted. The Encore team were extremely professional and easy to work with. We received numerous compliments from our guests throughout the evening on the food, drinks, and presentation. We would not hesitate to use them again.
