So he’s from Texas. Easy guy. Hard working. I only know tri tip and he said that he can do that if I want but he is known for his brisket so I went with it… it was amazing! Everyone at my wedding raved about the food. My husband and I even got to take a rack of ribs home that he saved for us…it only lasted a day bc we ate it so fast. Just hire him, he’s amazing. And shout out to his hard working supportive wife who helped cater the event! My wedding was complete because of their food!
