    Onyx Music was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. From the very first call, their communication was easy, efficient, and friendly - they made the whole process simple and honest. On the day of, their work was truly excellent. They were fantastic musicians who kept the dance floor packed all night with a great range of music that perfectly matched the vibe we were going for. They even learned a difficult special song from North Africa that was incredibly meaningful to us, and their singer Marie absolutely nailed the performance. The whole playlist was fun and engaging, with the right mix of songs that got people dancing and emotional at all the right moments. Onyx Music was the best wedding band we could have hoped for, and we're so grateful they were a part of our special day.

    The Speakeasies absolutely blew our minds! Everything from start to finish was so simple and thorough and Josh and Marie from ONYX were so sweet and professional every step of the way. From the initial emails figuring out what the best options were for us- to talking us through all of the questions we had along the way and always being so quick to respond to all of our emails/texts- I’d absolutely recommend ONYX Artists for any event you need a live band for. We had them play for both a seated dinner portion and a dance set and they were both perfect. Classy and not too loud when we needed it mellow and so fun when everyone got on the dance floor. We got so many compliments and we’ve just been looking for any excuse to hire them again :)
