Real Wedding DJ's!

Mixology was started in 2017 when owner, Roman Brown, saw a need for more entertaining and energetic wedding DJ's in the Carolinas after moving from New York. Their goal is to help make your wedding night as special and fun as you'd imagined it would be.

Most couples get married in their 20's-30's yet most wedding DJ's are much older than that. Our aim was to gather a group of young, talented and energetic DJ's who would be a better match all around for most couples getting married. People usually hire us because we actually mix music and provide a fun, club-like wedding experience while still keeping the professionalism needed to make the night run smoothly.

    Roman was awesome! We had our dream wedding 5/4/2024 and are still getting complements on our DJ and music! From the beginning Roman was so easy to work with. His communication skills and professionalism throughout the planning process was stellar! From the ceremony, to cocktail hour to reception there was never a dull moment. When I tell you everyone was on the dance floor I mean EVERYONE! His mixes had the perfect transitions between songs and there was never a dull moment. I would definitely recommend Mixology to anyone who wants a reliable DJ with killer music!

    We were stressed about a DJ as we had never hired one before, and had heard horror stories about people's bad dj experiences. From our very first phone call with Mixology, Roman put us at ease. He was knowledgeable and walked us through everything step by step, it was clear to us he had lots of experience. He was kind and understanding, given we had a TON of questions. He sent us some mixes as well to help us understand he really mixes music together, not just presses play on a playlist. With that, we were more than confident to book. Roman's presentation on the night of our wedding absolutely BLEW US OUT OF THE WATER! He was involved, enthusiastic, and exciting to watch and listen to. He kept everyone moving and the beats never stopped. Each song rolled into the next one flawlessly and had everyone on their feet all night. He set the bar HIGH for the standard of DJ i want to have at any more events, so i don't think i'll look anywhere else to book. Mixology is your one stop shop for great entertainment, and great communication & customer service. I wish i could give more than 5 stars!!! Thank you Roman, for making our night so special!!

    We had Mixology DJ our company holiday party 2 years ago and I luckily had just gotten engaged. I almost instantly knew I wanted to have them be our wedding DJ. Our wedding ended up turning into a CRAZY dance party and I wouldn't have wanted it any other way. Amazing mixes!!!!
