I also dominate other classic cuisines such as Japanese, Asian fusion, Italian, French, Creole. We also do hibachi. Working in the culinary industry now for 18 years, I've developed a passion for cooking. (it's a culture) I have developed trust and transparency through cooking by better understanding of inclusion. understanding my food culture, and also other food cultures. loving and respecting all equally.

We have the unique advantage of a 24 foot mobile restaurant kitchen that allows us to turn any space, be it a park, estate, barn, beach or backyard into a 5 star venue!
