Pheasant Run Farm Bed and Breakfast is a 48 farm, the original stone barn of the farm has been lovingly re-purposed into a bed and breakfast. The bed and breakfast features 4 overnight rooms. The ground floor, with separate entrances, has a large banquet room and a separate adjoining space perfect for indoor ceremonies and dancing. Outside the doors of the reception rooms is a large brick patio and pollinator garden, just right for cocktail hour. At the edge of the woods is a huge Maple tree and a waterfall where most of our couples choose to have their wedding ceremony. We offer over 2 acres of open space to facilitate both your wedding and reception. There are many Airbnbs within walking distance as well as a campground with cabins for guest lodging. This is an outdoor space, so tents are recommended (currently not included).

Bell Gate Farm is the perfect backdrop for any kind of event. I have one rule, however, there will never be more than one event per day. I firmly believe that you cannot concentrate and give supreme customer service when there are multiple activities going on the same day. When you rent Bell Gate, you are getting every nook and cranny, and that allows us to play a little bit. We can have a cocktail hour at the pool, but move dinner to the barn, and it feels like you’ve changed venue’s completely. It’s one of our greatest assets to be able to give our clients a robust and fulfilling event experience.

Historic Poole Forge is a 26-acre site with a preserved historic Ironmaster’s mansion, children’s playground, picnic pavilion, ball field, Nature Trail, Riparian Buffers, wildflower meadows, many beautiful gardens and a covered bridge along the Conestoga River in Eastern Lancaster County. We currently host a wide range of free public events, recreational and educational experiences. We restored our 1770’s Ironmaster’s mansion that serves as a heritage/community center and also a venue for private and public celebrations. We have also expanded our environmental and educational programs and opportunities for both children and adults while continuing our preservation of the Conestoga Creek, historic iron forge and grounds.
